- Have a TOEFL certificate with a value of at least 450, preferably having a certificate Institutional Testing Program (ITP) TOEFL.
- Not a resident as a Candidate / Civil Service; Candidate / Member TNI; Candidate / MemberPolice at the time was appointed as the Managing BPK RI.5 CPNS.
