Environmental Specialist
Job Responbilities:- Identifying and gathering all the applicable laws, regulations, standards, and authorities requiring to get the AMDAL approvals for the project, particularly those which have the potential to create significant impact on environment and socialization.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental and /or science related field;
- Minimum 5-10 years experienced in handling environmental compliance and management within the Power Plant Industry;
- Having knowledge & skill in compiling, handling, obtaining, and monitoring AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment), Acid Mine Drainage (AMD), and mine reclamation;
- Hand-on experience with Environmental Management Systems (Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Monitoring Plan and their implementation at an operational level;
- Familiar with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) process and approvals as required by applicable regulatory authorities and lenders;
- Deep knowledge at both Indonesia and International Environmental Standards & Regulations;
- Strong interpersonal skills, Good presentation skill, team building and flexibility; Fluent speaking, reading and writing English; Proficient in Computer (MS Offices)
- Certified as Environmental Pollution Control Manager (EPCM)
- Certified as Environmetal Impact Assessesment (AMDAL B)
Investor Relation AssociateJob Responbilities:- As a member of the investor relations team, this full time position will assist Adaro Energy's investor relations efforts to manage the perceptions of international and domestic investors, analysts and other financial market influences in order to optimize the valuation of Adaro Energy as a publicly traded company. This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations.
- You will assist in the development and execution of an investor relations program, with a view to increasing the transparency and disclosure of the Company. You will assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor relations documents and materials and in handling day to day investor questions. You will assist in the preparation for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings. You will develop and maintain a contact management system to keep track of current and potential investors and analysts. You will conduct continuous market and industry research and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Adaro Energy's business and strategy.
Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Predictive Maintenance EngineerJob Responbilities:- as rcm& rbi program control for support availability and reliability of power plant.
- Make report daily/monthly for major failure contribute to rotating/static equipment reliability condition.
- Doing visual inspection/condition monitoring refer to power plant rotating equipment, and measure wall thickness monitoring software and make sure all data kept safely, doing vibration analysis base on field data acquisition for each rotating equipment and communicate failure findings to related department for corrective action needs.
- Collect oil analysis record for major critical equipment.
Job Requirements:- Min. D3 mechanical engineering, physics engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Min. 3 years with related experiences.
