Staf Unit Bantuan Hukum (3)Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:- Responsible for preparing and making legal opinion / review to the user in the work environment associated with the Company's corporate aspects;
- Agreement / Addendum / MOU with a third party in order to provide legal protection for the Company, among others, performed an analysis of legal aspects;
- Preparing and making legal documents related to the implementation of the GMS are tailored to the Articles of Association and regulations in force;
- Prepare legal documents or coordinate with certain parties (lawyers Perusahaandan Technical Division) for the settlement of disputes faced by the Company (which occurs from the agreement, a lawsuit from a third party or to any third party claims) both inside and outside the court can provide legal protection optimally to the Company;
