Business Analyst
(Assignment: Jakarta)


  • Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation. 
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organisation. 
  • Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation and presentation. 
  • Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries. 
  • Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills. 
  • Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation. 
  • Minimun Bachelor degree in Finance or Math
  • Min 3 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable (but not essential). 
  • Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies (but not essential) 
  • Must be team oriented, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise work. 
  • Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.

Business Development Engineer
(Assignment: Jakarta)


  • Min. Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineer
  • Min. 4 years previous experience in Business Development in Engineering Constructions sectors
  • Able to work in extended hours to meet deadlines, target & multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Committed to delivering the best possible service to the internal and external clients
  • Able to travel regionally at short notice

Business Development Superintendent - Mining
(Assignment: Jakarta)


  • Min Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
  • Having minimal 8 (eight) years exposure with Mining Industry 
  • Min 3 (three) years experiences in similar fields
  • Knowledge of Legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process. 
  • Good communication and networking capability

Drill & Blast Engineer
(Assignment: Site)


  • Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate 
  • Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering
  • Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, written & verbal
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling

Engineering Manager (Constructions Project) 
(Assignment: Jakarta)


  • Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
  • Required to travel to site 
  • Ensure all designs produced are cost effective and within the budget constraints of the Project 
  • Develop a close relationship with the Procurement Manager
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and procurement management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods
  • Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
  • Maximize Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted to suit the requirements of the contract
  • Min. 15 years previous experiences in Engineering with 5 years as a Manager
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

IR/ER Officer


  • Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Law
  • Min. 3 years of experience in HR field, especially in Industrial Relations
  • Familiar with Government Employment Regulation
  • Willing to work extended office hours as and when required, and travel out of the office
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
  • Good attention to detail

Operation Superintendent (Forklift & Trailer) 
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)


  • Min. Bachelor degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 10 years professional experience, with the last 5 years in supervisory level preferably in Oil & Gas Company
  • Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action 
  • Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favoritism 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
  • Good command in English both verbal & written
  • Understand HSE principle in all aspects of Base Operations
  • Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point) Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets

Operation Manager (Constructions Project) 
(Assignment: Jakarta)


  • Bachelor degree in Mining or Engineering from reputable local university/overseas
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position. 
  • Managerial skill, maturity with strong in leadership capability
  • Engineering & construction operation professional
  • Commercially astute

Specialist Trainer (WELDING/FABRICATION) 
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)


  • Min. Senior Technical High School and/or Apprentices graduate (preferable from Diploma graduate in Engineering) 
  • Minimal 5 years having experiences as a trainer in HE Welding & Fabrication in the field at high risk industry in Mining or Oil and Gas Company. 
  • Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and mining process
  • Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
  • Good communication in English both verbal and writing
  • Good Computer literate
  • Willing to travel to all company's sites
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
