Paramedic

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that current Medical Procedures are complied with. Records and reports incompliance to the CMO and makes recommendation for the improvement of medical regulation and system.
  • Carries out inventory control on medicines to support Jakarta Office and Kakap Operations. Prepares service and material requisitions for Medical Section.
  • Checks and verifies invoices and receipts for medical reimbursements, hospitals and pharmacies, ensures accuracy and appropriateness, obtains proper approvals and processes for reimbursement according to the Company policy.
  • Handles emergency medicines and equipment, minor illnesses and injuries, provides simple health counseling and crisis intervention.
  • Assists the CMO in recording recurring illnesses/complaints, frequent patients, and repeated requests of drugs. Provides information based on data analysis regarding the possibility of epidemic or abuse of drugs and/or overindulged medical services.
  • Carries out administrative work including but not limited to typing medical referral and guarantee letters, issuing medical outpatient card, inputting payroll data related to medical expenses, and other documents required.
  • Liaises with referral hospitals to obtain the best services for employees and arranges hospitalization of employees.
  • Creates supporting data tools and reports such as daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, accident and occupational disease report, and any other reports as required.
  • Maintains and updates relevant data using database applications. This includes but not limited to employees' medical records, medical expenses, medicines & medical equipments inventory, and other related data ensuring that data is up-to-date and available all the time.
Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of D3 Diploma from Nursing or Paramedic Academy.
  • Preferably has a minimum of 2 years of working experience as paramedic or nurse at a hospital or clinic.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good in filing and organizing documents (in and out letters)
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Resourceful, ability to handle heavy workload efficiently and effectively, and show initiatives.

Sr. Geologist & Sr. Geophysicist

Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the design, implementation and supervision of programs for exploration, appraisal, and development of oil and gas resources areas. Reviews data collection and analysis procedures for completeness, consistency of treatment, and accuracy of conclusion.
  • Evaluates and interprets geoscientific data in order to formulate a resource exploration, development, management, and/or operation strategy. This includes developing and updating conceptual models of the resource. Prepares reports and/or presentations for management with reviews of findings and recommendations.
  • Assists in formulation long-term resources exploration and/or development plans with other Engineering and field groups.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Geology/Geophysics.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the oil & gas production operations.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in data preparation and conversion & database.
  • Proven ability in pressure identification & analysis, well correlation & mapping, reserve calculation, core sampling & description, facies analysis, structural geology, seismic interpretation, sequence stratgraphy, petroleum system analysis and risk & economics analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Superintendent - C&B reports to the Sr. Manager - Human Resources Strategic.
  • Know the formal and informal area/s of responsibility goals, standards, policies & procedures that may include some familiarity of other departments within Star Energy, sensitive to interrelationships of both people and functions within the area/s of responsibility as well as across departmental.
  • Superintendent – C&B is responsible to plan and manage the activities of the Compensation & Benefits and Personnel Administration related matters for both Indonesian and Expatriates employees.
  • Develop recommendation on improvements of employee's compensation and benefits policy and procedure to ensure company's level of competitiveness within market is maintained.
  • Implements changes on Indonesian and Expatriate salary and compensation package based on approved documents.
  • Coordinate the implementation of annual salary/merit review. Prepare necessary calculation and analysis of cost, discuss with Dept Manager if necessary. Ensures changes are within guidelines, maintaining internal equity and within approved budget.
  • Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
  • Builds and maintains good relationships with departments internally as well as externally with Consultants, Vendors and related government bodies.
Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferably majoring in Math, Finance/Accounting or Human Resources. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education with proper approvals.
  • Requires a relevant field and functional expertise in the area of human resources, which is ordinarily acquired through 10 years professional experience in oil and gas industry. Lead or Supervisory experience is a must.

COST CONTROL

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and consolidates budget & cost including departmental budget process.
  • Maintains accurate records on actual expenditures versus approved budget at all times, provides variance analysis and incorporates any major variance of expenditures to the budget revision.
  • Reviews invoices to ensure all expenses are within the approved budget and properly coded for cost allocation.
  • Makes any necessary cost allocation adjustments.
  • Maintains accurate records on actual costs of contracts to ensure they are within the contract value and notifies user if expenses exceeds the contract value for contract adjustment.
