General Requirements:
  • For all Experience Manager positions - Bachelor or Master in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • For all Experience/Specialist Positions - Bachelor or Master in Economic, Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • For Fresh Engineering position - Bachelor in Engineering or related qualification
  • For Fresh Finance Staff position - Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related qualification
  • For Fresh ICT Position - Bachelor in Information Technology or related qualification
  • For position no 30 - 32 - Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major (For position no 30 - 31 - degree in social will be advantage)
  • For position no 33 - Bachelor in Psychology or related qualification
  • Especially for Fresh Engineering from reputable university, with min S1 degree GPA 3.00 - sacle 4
  • For fres Engineering position - min 0 - 2 years in same position or related position
  • For Chief or Lead Engineering position should have experience for 5 years in Oil and Gas Project, Oil and Gas Company, EPC Project or EPC Company
  • Good communication in English both oral and qritten (min Score of TOEIC = 600), flair for detail and result oriented
  •  Higly motivated and able to work well in a team, posses strong leadership and management skill, discipline, dynamic, proactive and cooperative with good personality
Specific Requirements:
  • No 1 should have background in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
  • No 10 should have background in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering
  • No 11, 17, 19 especially for Civil Engineer
  • No 16, especially for Mechanical Engineering, Having more 6 years of experience in the scope of work engineering, construction, pre commissioning, commissioning and start-up in the whole mechanical building facilities such HVAC System, Overhead Crane, Elevator, Plumbing and Fire fighting inside building execution in petrochemical, cement plant, oil and gas projects. Familiar with HVAC and Building Mechanical Facility Code such ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144, NFPA, CMAA< ASME, UP Can do the standards for building engineering design
  • No 3 - 9, 12 - 15, 19 - 27 should have background in engineering or related discipline (or all discipline)
  • No 2, 14, 14 preferable for engineer that have chemical engineering background, and especially for No 15 (interface engineer) having more 6 years of experience Oil and Gas Company, or EPC Company
  • No 25 - 27 for should have experiences min 10 years in same position in offshore oil and gas EPC project or oil and gas company
  • For 40 Human Capital Learning & Development Manager, should have experiences min 5 years in same position, and involve in implementing software based Human Capital Management System
  • No 34 - 39 for manager should have experience min 5 - 10 years in same position in oil and gas EPC Project or Oil and Gas Company
  • No 41 - 43 for specialist should have experience min 5 years in same position in oil and gas company or EPC Company
  • No 41 - 42 for specialist - have at least experience in Syatem ISO 9000, Organization Development and management strategy
  • No 43 for EPC Contract Specialist, min 5 years of working experience in handling contractual matters in EPCIC Project, and Degree in Law will be an advantage
